Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  2. Ship the Item: After we confirm your return request, please send the item to the following address:

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at support@barati.shop. Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@barati.shop or 02532958080, providing order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs associated with the return of the damaged or incorrect item.
